Connecticut Jazz Festival
Willie “the Lion” Smith invited Mr. Studer to go with him to the Connecticut Jazz Festival in 1956. Studer and his girlfriend Jeann “Roni” Failows had the privilege of traveling with Smith in Duke Ellington’s bus.
